Incompatibility of packages with R software

I am getting warnings that are halting the reading of my MS data. I have attached the warnings that I am receiving. I am currently using R version 3.6.1 and the respective XCMS package. If anyone has any idea how to fix these warnings, that would be very much appreciated.
