Alignment spot viewer September 24, 2020, 08:09:15 AM Hi.I am new with MS-DIAL. I processed a project (ten samples belonging to 5 classes) and I don´t see anything in the alignment spot viewer window and also in the bar chat of aligned spot or EIC of aligned spots windows. The peak spot viewer is very nice but I only see one of the runs. PCA is grey unavailable.I don´t know what I am doing wrong. I analyse this set with mzmine and Bruker Profile Analysis without problems with correct alignments.Thank you for help. This software seems visually very nice and fast. Quote Selected
