centroid spectral export in MS-DIAL for DIA mode data

Hi all,

I am exporting the alignment spectral from MS-DIAL. The raw MS data were collected in DIA mode. But it is not recommended to centroid type export by MS-DIAL. In contract, according to the "FBMN with MS-DIAL" guide from GNPS, only centroid type is allowed for later analysis.

I would like to hear your suggestion?

Sorry, it is just the bug of ms-dial, you should be able to export any of spectra types, profile/centroid/deconvoluted spectra, even though you get this error. I will fix this by the next update.
