QR cosine

Good morning for everyone!

I have a question. I had been working in molecular networking with Destruxins from Metarhizium fungi. When I open " View All Library Hits", i can aprecciate some destruxin derreplicates with a cosine > 0,70 but when I see the mirror match- USI Links-->Mirror Match USi, the cosine score is <0.2. I dont know why .. Can you help me understand that!?
