MS-DIAL4.7 can't import the analysis file

Hi,
I have been tried to import my analyze files into MS-Dial(ver.4.7) many times, but it always shows the same error messages(shown below) to me. I use the same parameter, same files with my colleague, but I can't import the files into MS-Dial while my colleague can.
I have tried download the MS-Dial again and again, or use the older version(4.6). But the same problem still occur.
Appreciate any help that anyone can provide.  :'(  :'(
