MS-Cleanr error

MS-DIAL error:

Dear MS-DIAL developer,

I am processing plasma sample data to detect signals representing peptides. I did the first analysis with MS-DIAL as indicated in the presentation and I imported the results into MS-Cleanr to filter them but I'm stuck on an error that I don't understand: "error replacement has 0 rows, data has 59547".

Please help me so that I can progress in my analysis.
