MS-DIAL V4.9 crashes when selecting from alignment navigator

Hi,

I'm experiencing a MS-DIAL shut down when selecting an alignment from the alignment navigator. No error message pop's up, it just close MS-DIAL completely. I'm using .ibf files converted with the ibf converter provided.  i worked with those files previously on another computer and everything worked fine.

Any help on this is very much appreciated, thank you.

Hi ferpacara,

I'm Kozo, a new member of Hiroshi Tsugawa's lab (the creator of MS-DIAL).
I would like to reproduce your problem in my environment to solve the problem.
Can you tell me the detailed steps to reproduce problem? (If possible...)

Hi!

At the moment i'm working with 15 files from a bruker qtof, converted to IBF. I'll attach some screenshot so you can see the whole set up for yourself.

I also found that if "N% detected in at least one group" is different than 0, it always crash when i select from the alignment navigator.

thanks in advance for your help

Hi ferpacara,

I’m sorry for the late reply.
Sorry, I don't have Bruker QTOF (Positive ion mode, Metabolomics) dataset.
So I ran an alignment that resembled your data type and settings as closely as possible, but I couldn't reproduce your problem.

Would it be possible for you to also share a dataset that can reproduce your problem?
