Fail to detect shimadzu qgd file

Hi,

There seems to be an issue in detecting the presence of shimadzu qgd (GCMS data).
At the moment, these files still need to be converted to cdf to load into MS-DIAL.
Hope you'll look into this bug.

Hi,

I see MSDIAL only adopted for Thermo .RAW files and .WIFF files from Sciex; not sure if other Vendor formats are supported yet!
Feel free to use https://proteowizard.sourceforge.io/download.html (msconvert) to convert to .cdf or .mzML for your .qgd files!

Thanks for your reply.
Based on the 'file type' dropbox from the software, seems like Shimadzu LCD (LCMS) and QGD (GCMS) should be supported.
There is no problem with the LCD file.
But QGD files are not shown for selection. So, I thought this could be a bug.

Oh, wow, RushMS, thanks for that info, and did not knew that MS-DIAL i supporting so many vendor types files now!
