Error using converted Waters LCT data

Hi,

After uploading converted LCT waters.RAW (to mzXML using pwiz) I am getting an error on the status of my data sets.

The error reads: "Error in xcmsRaw(file, profstep = 0) : Time for scan 1691 (599.832) greater than scan 1692 (12.347)"

Any ideas what the problem is?

The problem is a corrupted data file.
The scan time for scan #1692 is 12s while the scantime for the previous scan #1691 is 600s, which doesn't make sense.

Please contact Matt at proteowizard (support@proteowizard.org) and/or the vendor for advice on how to convert these files into accurate mzXML.
