[MS-DIAL] Asking for help to use MS-DIAL in Linux environment

Hello, I'm a graduate student using MS-DIAL from South Korea.

First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the development of MS-DIAL.

I'm contacting you to ask for a solution to a problem that occurs when running MS-DIAL through the console in a Linux environment.

First, there is a problem with GC-MS data using MsDialConsoleApp.
Currently, in our laboratory, we use MS-DIAL chemstation to convert [.D] files to [cdf].
The cdf files in the demo file uploaded on the MS-dial homepage is aligned well when the command (MsdialConsoleApp gcms -i ./~~) is used, but when using my data

[Exporting Deconvolution data: /home/mj/metabo/boonsalix/S2-5F.msdial
/home/mj/metabo/Sal_abf/S2-5F.abf finished
Reading data...
We found an error reading the deconvolution files.
This is probably due to changes in the data format.
Please re-process your data.]

These phrases are being written and the deconvolution file is not being read.

MSP file and RI Index files are already set for my data condition.
How can I possibly solve the problem?

I look forward to promptly hearing from you.
