Comparing the GNPS export table and the normalized data matrix

Dear Metabolomics Community,

I wanted to compare the Excel tables after exporting the data using "GNPS export" and "Normalized data matrix" and I saw that the alignment ID of the features of the " Normalized Data Matrix" could not be found in the "GNPS export" table. Similarly, if I try to search for a specific m/z from the Normalized table in the GNPS table, I can't find a match.
And in fact, the GNPS and the normalised table do not have the same number of features.

Do any of you know why? And what can we do about it?
I am using v4.90
