Order my samples in an HCA March 16, 2023, 05:24:03 AM HelloI have a problem to order my samples when i do a Heatmap (HCA) on MS-DIAL. Normally I have 4 samples at 4 differents conditions, But with the HCA it put the first sample with the first condition, the seconde sample with the third condition and so on.But I want just to put the 4 conditions. I traied with the differents classes but it's the same.Thank you for your answers Letissia.
