Understanding selection of cutoff value for MS2Dec

Hello, everybody!

I recently watched the video on Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aApHc8Op4VY&ab_channel=MS-DIALproject). At minute 2.10 is demonstrated how to select the cutoff value for MS2. But I do not understand very well what was the criteria used.

Someone could explain in more detail what was the criterion for selecting the cutoff value?
