Q-TOF

Hi,

has anybody experiences with processing of data measured on Agilent G6520A Q-TOF, please? We selected parameter set for HPLC / QTOF (optimized for HPLC with ~60 min gradient, ESI-QTOF-MS), but we have problem with peak picking (for examples noise was recognized as peak...)

Thank you in advance.

The HPLC/Q-TOF parameterset should work perfectly with it.
Since the settings are optimized for high sensitivity it is normal to have some noisy features in the results.
However, that can be adjusted by increasing S/N threshold or centWave's noise prefilter
