Export rt, precursor ion and peaks of MS/MS?

dear all,

    I'm new to R and xcms and tried hard to understand them but failed :(. What I want to know is if there's any easy way to export the rt, precursor ion and everything related to a MS/MS scan to a file in what ever format possible, and then I can process the data with Python?
