Hi guys,

I need complete details of xcmsSet Feature Detection. I need information like what different sorts of methods are used and what all other features do the xcmsSet have etc.

Is there any manual that provides some info.

a good starting point would be the centWave paper: http://http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/9/504
Also the manpage of findPeaks.centWave provides some information about the parameters.
