QE error xcms

Dear everyone?
when i use the xcms to process the data (1.8G) obtained from thermo QE, the error was happened. Could anyone give me a help? thank you

Which xcms version are you using ?

Does it only happen with this file ? Maybe the file is broken - can you open it with other software like the InsilicosViewer ?
Have you tried converting it again ?
