how to deal with QC samples?

I am the first time user to use XCMS online. My samples include 40 controls, 40 patients and 20 QC samples. When I upload the data to XCMS online, it seems Dataset 1 are controls and Dataset 2 are cases. Where do I upload my QC samples?

How to deal with QC samples in XCMS? I am confused.
