arrangement of data downloaded from database

Hello all,

i am very new to metabolomics world. I have downloaded metabolites from plantcyc database, compounds in .dat file. i need to convert it into .csv file with metabolite ID, m/z, name and formula column by column. do i need any software to curate the data? can anybody help me how to do it?
