Error in parameter setting

Hi,

I am having problem creating a job in XCMS online. After I have uploaded the datasets and selected them for the job, I cannot proceed on to the setting of parameters. I can make a selection of the different instrument settings but I cannot proceed to submit. Nothing happens when I click the submit button. Furthermore, the button allowing me to customize my parameters ("View/edit") is missing. I am using a laptop with Windows 7 OS and I have tried using Firefox 21.0, Internet Explorer 10.0, Chrome 27.0.

Hi Karen I am an admin and I can look at it for you. Can you give me the email of the account you are using for XCMSOnline?
