Bypassing xcms

I have generated a large set of MS data using another software and I have been trying to find a way to remove isotopes and adducts. There are a large number of samples that I wish to compare and CAMERA seems ideal for the situation. I was wondering if there was a way to format the data similar to an xcmsSet, load it into R and then proceed as normal with CAMERA. Maybe it's impossible, but any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
