XCMS online

Hi,

I was trying to do targeted metabolomics using XCMS and it's first time for me so I uploaded the two files in wiff. format and chose the parameters and submit the job. After a while the processing got hanged at 7% and does not proceed even if I leave for a couple of hours. can anyone explain to me the reason of that. I'm using windows XP.
