Where I find good readings about MSn data?

Hi I'm starting to work with MSn data on R, and I would like to have some advise on some reading to understand data structure and manipulation.

I saw

and I read xcms2 paper.

Are there some article with MSn data avaliable or some good reproducible analysis to reproduce and get started?
