Problems with Job progression

Hello,

I'm coming to this forum to ask for a little help...
Every time I'm submitting a job with my data I've got an error message : "File check & TICs failed. 10%" and I don't understand what is the problem...
I'm using an HPLC/Q-TOF generating .wiff files (AB SCIEX) - Instrument Software : Analyst -
Do you know what might be the problem and how to resolve it?
