Cannot upload files

I am trying to upload files from a QE, and as such they are large. So I turn them in to Centroid peaks, and convert to mzXML. Then I go into XCMS and upload the files. I have six files, each on is 500mB, so for the control I have 1.5GB and the experimental I have 1.5GB.

I upload the control first. All three are zipped fine, then they upload to 100%, takes about an hour. However, at this point, the window does not close and I cannot see where they have been uploaded in my files area.

I am using Firefox 28.0

Java platform SE 7 U51 10.51.2.13

Windows 8.1

I am uploading the files from an external hard drive if that matters

Any help would be appreciated. I sent an email late Saturday night

fixed by myself:

Cannot name file names with either symbols like % or integers .
