Protblem with retcor.orbiwarp

Hello,

I have the following dataset named 's' :

An "xcmsSet" object with 11 samples

Time range: 1-29867.1 seconds (0-497.8 minutes)
Mass range: 380.0953-1997.3205 m/z
Peaks: 1277863 (about 116169 per sample)
Peak Groups: 58175
Sample classes: Invasive, Non_invasive

Profile settings: method = bin
                  step = 0.1

Memory usage: 120 MB

This set has been grouped with bw=30

and then I ran the following:

s.rc<-retcor(s,method="obiwarp",plottype="deviation")

and I get the following:
center sample:  BCa17-pT2
Processing: BCa09-pT2  Found gaps: cut scantime-vector at  3579.31 seconds
Found gaps: cut scantime-vector at  2732.76 seconds
