Obiwrap error

Dear All,

I am getting following error at the of RT correction for few of the sample:

Processing: DVC4_1_1T_POS Found gaps: cut scantime-vector at 0.558566 seconds
changing 0 num_internal_anchors to -1 DVC4_1_2T_POS Found gaps: cut scantime-vector at 0.828551 seconds
Error in matrix(0, seqlen, dim(obj2@env$profile)[2]) :
non-numeric matrix extent

Can anyone suggest me the possible solution.

I am having this same issue. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?

Hi y'all:
I'm experiencing the same problem.

Do anybody has any explanation and/or solution for this issue?
