metaXCMS results excel file

Hello,

I have a question regarding the metaXCMS "all-features-detailed" excel file:
I had compared four pairwise jobs and as the online Venn diagramm did not link the list of shared masses to every  figure, I had to download the results as  zip-file.
Just for the understanding of the excel file:
It is clear that the first columns give information about masses and retention time. The follwoing columns indicate- as far as I understand -  the pairwise jobs, where the corresponding mass-value was found. (So if a mass was found in two pairwise jobs, I get intensity values for four datasets. right?)
But - what I don´t understand - the datasets where I got intensity values for do not match the pairwise job, that should include these datasets. (for example:  if the excel sheet says there are intensity values for a mass in the pairwise job "X" (which had compared the datasets "1" and "2"), I got no values in the datasets "1" and "2", but in "3" and "4").
Could anybody explain that to me?
