does XCMSonline support waters-MSE data?

Hi,
I have some data collected on the Waters Premium QTOF system with MSE mode. I'm wondering if XCMS can analyze this type of data. Does it recognize and isolate MSMS peaks for a given parent ion for structural characterization?
Just out of curiosity, does XCMS also support the latest SWATH data format from ABsciex and AIF data from Thermo's Orbitrap system?

SunSun,

Currently, XCMS Online does not support MSe data nor MS/MS data. There is some work in the development pipeline to use MS/MS data for identification. However, MSe data can be very difficult to correlate to the correct precursor. Other methods similar to MSe also suffer from these problems.
