metaXCMS job won't submit January 16, 2015, 01:17:08 PM I am trying to start a metaXCMS job on XCMS online but it won't start. I am comparing four groups including a control. I have three pairwise jobs. When I set up a metaXCMS job, I set it up correctly but when I click submit, it says "submitted" but nothing else happens. I cannot view anything besides my three pairwise jobs under "View Results". Has anyone else encountered this problem? Quote Selected
