LC-MS Data analysis never finishing

I would like to utilise XCMS metabolomics online facility, I did the analysis of LC-MS data of ascidian species but later I tried to analyse another data of my LC-MS data. (Analysed by Waters ZQ-LCMS is a electrospray ionisation (ESI) single quadrupole mass spectrometer). Since yesterday I keep on trying to analyse it, In status menu it is showing processing, I have awaited one hole night but still the same status and showed 0% progressed. I need your help to analyse my data and grouping the results.
Kindly do the needful.

I'm a new XCMS user and I'm having the same difficulties. I've had a simple 2-group analysis running all day and its only progressed 7%. Is this normal? Any insight and advice would be much appreciated
