Problem in uploading data and confused in parameter setti

Good Evening all;
                                    I am countering a problem while uploading data that as I click on new data set bar after that a java applet window is poping but no upload option is coming and further more I want to confirm parameter setting for Agilent DB-5 column.Kindly help me out.
