About the MSMS matching through XCMS online December 05, 2018, 03:42:23 PM Hello,I am a new user of XCMS online and I have some questions about the XCMS data processing. I used the "single function" to process 2 technical replicate MSMS files. The Putative ID's (METLIN) of the analysis log shows that the analysis "Found 178 total, MS^2 spectra to match". However, I couldn't find any information about these matches. I checked the results table as well. Could anyone please let me know where I can find the MSMS matching information in the result? Thank you very much. Quote Selected
