Problem uploading .d files. January 10, 2013, 01:33:31 AM Hi,I have a problem to upload Agilend .d files from Q-TOF instrument - when I try to move them to the 'uppload' window, it is 'separating' each file into subfiles (what means that instead of 1 data file I get around 40 'subfiles'). I have used XCMS online before on the exactly same kind of data and did not have this problem. Would be grateful for any help...Kind regards,Izabella. Quote Selected

Re: Problem uploading .d files. Reply #5 – April 09, 2014, 10:06:44 AM Hi, I am also having problems with my Bruker data (.d folders).I have successfully uploaded different datasets from Bruker maXis (.d folders), but when I try to create jobs, sometimes it works, sometimes it gives me an error message of "NO_SUPPORTED_FILES_DATASET (There were no files with known file formats found in the datasets)" when I created an exactly same job. Why is that? Also, I can create & run a multigroup comparison using Waters CDF files, but I have no luck so far when I try to run the multigroup using Bruker .d data. I got the same error message of "NO_SUPPORTED_FILES_DATASET (There were no files with known file formats found in the datasets)". Can you please help? Thanks so much!
